Under NSW law, building owners must maintain existing fire safety measures and submit Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS) to local councils. These statements confirm that an accredited fire safety practitioner has assessed and verified the performance of each fire safety measure in the building in accordance with relevent legislation, standrads and building codes. A Plus fire employes Accredited Fire safety assessors and technicians to carry out these routine maintence checks under AS1851 and provided comprehensive reports for owners peace of mind.
